These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Correia Rosa Pharmacy website, including the conclusion of distance contracts for the sale and purchase of products available online.
Farmácia Correia Rosa, a legal entity with tax identification number (NIF) 500564620, with its registered office at Av. 1º de Maio 12 A, 2500-081 Caldas da Rainha, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, “We” or “Farmácia Correia Rosa”.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website and to the purchase of products by consumers and customers at Correia Rosa Pharmacy, including:

Correia Rosa Pharmacy stocks pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, as well as other products related to health, beauty and wellbeing, in accordance with current legislation.

Products requiring a prescription will be clearly labelled and sold in accordance with local standards and health regulations.
To make purchases, customers can either register an account or shop without registering (where permitted).
When you register, you will be asked to provide personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy; we advise you to read this carefully.
The purchase contract is concluded between the customer and Farmácia Correia Rosa when the customer confirms their order and it is accepted by the system, following a stock check and confirmation of payment.
Acceptance is notified by email.
All prices are quoted in € (Euro)
Prices include VAT at the statutory rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

Correia Rosa Pharmacy guarantees delivery of products to your home or via the Pick Up service, depending on the option selected by the customer.
Delivery terms
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and your address.
The customer will be notified of any delays by email or telephone.
Deliveries and Postage (Portugal, Spain and France)
Correia Rosa Pharmacy offers a home delivery service, subject to the following delivery terms:
Mainland Portugal – €5,95 (free delivery on orders of €60 or more)
Madeira and the Azores – € 15,95
Mainland Spain – €5,95
Spain, Balearic Islands – €44,95
Spain, Ceuta and Melilla – €44,95
Spain, Canary Islands – Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas – €44,95
France – €19.95
For certain products, namely medicines available only on prescription or requiring special storage conditions, home delivery is limited to the municipality of Caldas da Rainha and neighbouring municipalities: Rio Maior, Cadaval, Alcobaça, Bombarral and Óbidos.
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, as required by law.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Farmácia Correia Rosa by email at geral@loja.farmaciascorreiarosa.pt, with the subject line “Change of Mind”.
Return costs may be borne by the customer, in accordance with the relevant legislation.
10. Statutory Guarantees
The products supplied are covered by the statutory guarantees of conformity and other rights provided for under the applicable law.
If a product is faulty, the customer should inform Farmácia Correia Rosa as soon as possible.
11. Liability
Correia Rosa Pharmacy accepts no liability for consequential damages, loss of profits or damages resulting from the improper use of the products purchased.
Liability will always be limited to the value of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, design, brand and logos) is the property of Farmácia Correia Rosa or third-party licensors and is protected by copyright and industrial property rights.
Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
13. Data Security and Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Farmácia Correia Rosa’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Electronic Communications
By using the website, the customer agrees to receive electronic communications relating to the order or service requested.
15. Changes to the Terms
Correia Rosa Pharmacy reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the website and will apply to purchases made after they are posted.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws in force in xxxx.
